Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet and engage guests, exceed their expectations for service, and build a reputation for ultimate service.
- Product Presentation: Ensure that bakery displays are clean, well-merchandised, signed, and have proper lighting.
- Sales and Promotion: Demonstrate and sell products as time permits or as instructed by management.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that quality products are available for sale, products are rotated, and packing guidelines are followed.
- Teamwork: Assist in training new team members, perform break-out and dishwashing duties as needed, and practice safe work habits.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform all physical aspects of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude.
- Certifications: Must maintain a current food safety certification.
