Job Summary

As a Card Operations Clerk at Community Trust Bank, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to ATM and debit card operations. This includes reconciling general ledger and deposit accounts, verifying ATM terminal balances, and reviewing maintenance and closed accounts on card-base. You will also be responsible for receiving and logging returned mail and captured cards, ordering and distributing ATM supplies, and organizing and storing retention records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile general ledger and deposit accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify ATM terminal balances to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review maintenance and closed accounts on card-base to ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Receive and log returned mail and captured cards to ensure they are properly processed.
  • Order and distribute ATM supplies to ensure they are available when needed.
  • Organize and store retention records to ensure they are easily accessible.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Over six months of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent PC skills and keyboarding ability required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.

Working Conditions
  • Works in a production-oriented atmosphere.
  • Environment may be noisy and sometimes stressful.
