About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Architect to join our team at Management Concepts. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description:

The Learning Experience Architect is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that address business objectives. This includes designing and developing participant-centered, applied learning solutions using various delivery methods, including instructor-led training and digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the instructional design process and develop innovative learning solutions that meet client needs.
  • Create memorable learning events that are sustainable and impactful.
  • Design and develop content and learning experiences for a variety of audiences and delivery methods.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of your work.
  • Be a learning advisor to our customers, both internal and external.
  • Articulate what constitutes a quality learning product and update products as necessary to maintain currency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of various learning approaches and application of instructional design principles.
  • Strong technical and creative writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and organizational planning abilities.
  • Able to work independently or with little direction when required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems and web conferencing platforms a plus.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location:

This position will be onsite at client locations, and you must be willing to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
