We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher PM to join our team at Northwest x Southern Hospitality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the dishwasher machines to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Restock supplies in designated storage areas and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in general kitchen cleaning duties, including mopping floors, cleaning walk-ins and freezers, and managing trash and recycling.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, including chopping ingredients and sanitizing workstations.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Washington Food Handlers permit required or ability to obtain one
