Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team at AmeriCold Logistics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or non-conforming shipments.
  • Coordinate with carriers to arrange shipping and delivery of materials.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by examining contents, preparing documents, and comparing records.
  • Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and damages, for reporting and recordkeeping purposes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least one year of related work experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
