About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician - Electro-Mechanical Systems to join our dynamic Production team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assembling advanced electro-mechanical components and ensuring our high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble complex electro-mechanical components, including intricate wiring and soldering.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials.
  • Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct job setups using tools, jigs, and testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering (through-hole and surface mount) using hand tools, such as air drivers and torque drivers.
  • Strong understanding of schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
