Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this position is $ 65,000 - 85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility as an LPN will be to provide high-quality patient care to students in our school district. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide direct patient care to students, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
