Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sweeping and mopping of all tile floors to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols.

  • Dust and clean furniture, shelves, cubicles, and equipment to maintain an organized workspace.
  • Identify and eliminate spider webs and clean air-conditioning vents to enhance indoor air quality.

  • Regularly clean indoor window panels and windowsills to improve visibility and aesthetics.
  • Disinfect bathrooms and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as necessary.
  • Ensure kitchen and eating areas are clean, including daily maintenance of coffee pots and microwaves.
  • Conduct monthly cleaning of refrigerators and replace odor absorbers as needed.
  • Polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim to ensure a polished appearance.
  • Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, showers, and workout areas for employee use.
  • Oversee the cleaning of elevators and staircases to meet safety and appearance standards.
  • Coordinate the cleaning, sweeping, and vacuuming of rugs and carpets to remove dirt and debris.
  • Address cleaning needs for upholstered furniture as required.
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal areas in accordance with company policies.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies throughout the day to ensure availability for staff.
  • Assist with the transportation of small equipment or tools between departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) to three (3) months of relevant work experience and/or training preferred.
  • Licenses: A valid Driver's License is required.
