Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Behavior Consultation and Psychological Services PLLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to our clients. Your primary objective will be to help them achieve their goals by guiding them through their therapy plans and collecting data on their progress.

You will be working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Your expertise and skills will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care and support.

As a Child Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique challenges and requirements. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging environment that fosters growth and development, helping our clients to overcome their obstacles and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or special education)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
