Preconstruction Services Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Preconstruction Services team at Sletten Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing preconstruction services for alternate delivery projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preconstruction coordination and scheduling, design and constructability reviews, and value engineering.
- Coordinate preparation of RFQ/RFP responses and team interviews.
- Lead or assist with development of conceptual through final estimates.
- Assist with bidding and subcontractor outreach.
Requirements:
- Three (3) years of professional experience in a design firm, including some Construction Administrative experience in both office and field capacity, or;
- Five (5) years of professional experience in a general construction firm;
- Experience in pre-design, design, and construction phases of Design-Build and/or CMAR projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Estimating experience
- AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks experience
- Written and oral communication skills
- P6 scheduling skills
