About the Role: Our team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic Neurology/Oncology Med/Surg environment. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and improve practice.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, using data-driven insights to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation, promoting effective communication among caregivers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) in the state where the facility is located or a compact state.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
