Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Assistant Non-Certified to join our team at Covenant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and support to our patients, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as taking blood samples and preparing patients for exams
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospital experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification required
