We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in their own homes.

Position Overview

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
