Job Title: Certified Dietary Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team at Pleasantview Nursing Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dietary operations and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality food services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and serving of meals to residents
- Develop and implement systems to ensure high-quality dietary services
- Collaborate with management and facility team members to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Requirements:
- Two plus years of experience in dietary/food service management
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Must have or obtain ServSafe Certificate within 90 days
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
