Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, including scheduling, quality control, and payment.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in healthcare construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in construction software, including project management tools and estimating software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA certification and experience with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Experience with construction management software, including project scheduling and cost control.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience with quality control and assurance processes.
