Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Test Engineer to join our fast-paced Test Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of test plans, test equipment, and test automation software to ensure the quality and reliability of our high-assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the test team to work closely with the product design team to interpret module requirements and develop corresponding production test plans and production test equipment requirements.
  • Work with the design team during the design verification test phase to validate products.
  • Develop and build custom test hardware and test automation software to meet production test requirements.
  • Participate in after-market service approaches, strategy, and execution to support products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
  • 15 years of hands-on design, development, integration, and successful verification experience.
  • Experience with C, FPGA, C#, SOC, NAND FLASH, Flash, and Python software and systems.
  • Substantial and proven experience in high-assurance architectures, design, and product lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, comfortable with debugging, unit testing, emulation, and logic analyzer.
  • Fluent in writing protocols and firmware development practices and comfortable working with a variety of operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a technical and business user level.
  • Experience supporting technical proposal efforts, including requirements decomposition and verification techniques, architectural design, product definition, and description, as well as estimation.
  • Proof of United States Citizenship.
  • The ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
  • Ability to travel 10% (domestically or internationally).
