Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Systems Test Engineer to join our fast-paced Test Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of test plans, test equipment, and test automation software to ensure the quality and reliability of our high-assurance systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the test team to work closely with the product design team to interpret module requirements and develop corresponding production test plans and production test equipment requirements.
- Work with the design team during the design verification test phase to validate products.
- Develop and build custom test hardware and test automation software to meet production test requirements.
- Participate in after-market service approaches, strategy, and execution to support products.
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
- 15 years of hands-on design, development, integration, and successful verification experience.
- Experience with C, FPGA, C#, SOC, NAND FLASH, Flash, and Python software and systems.
- Substantial and proven experience in high-assurance architectures, design, and product lifecycles.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, comfortable with debugging, unit testing, emulation, and logic analyzer.
- Fluent in writing protocols and firmware development practices and comfortable working with a variety of operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a technical and business user level.
- Experience supporting technical proposal efforts, including requirements decomposition and verification techniques, architectural design, product definition, and description, as well as estimation.
- Proof of United States Citizenship.
- The ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
- Ability to travel 10% (domestically or internationally).
- A competitive salary range of $136,700.00 - $237,800.00 per annum.
