Position Overview

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a dedicated Associate Bankruptcy Attorney to join our creditors' rights law firm. This role involves direct client interaction and managing a substantial workload.


Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing standard bankruptcy cases
  • Drafting and assessing legal documents and claims in bankruptcy proceedings
  • Potentially attending hearings
  • Addressing general inquiries related to bankruptcy from the firm
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned


Key Duties

- Analyzing filings on behalf of clients

- Keeping track of all electronic court filings (ECFs)

- Resolving standard bankruptcy issues

- Maintaining regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court


Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Understanding of bankruptcy regulations and creditor rights laws
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills


Educational Requirements

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree

- License to practice law (preferably in Georgia)

- Admission to District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in Georgia is preferred
