**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform various retail responsibilities, including operating a computer program to help customers locate cars
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures and attend safety meetings to participate in the safety program
  • Perform general labor duties, including sweeping, shoveling, and general clean-up of the yard and equipment
  • Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist other employees as needed
  • Follow company dress code policy and maintain a well-groomed, neat appearance

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment and physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent customer service
  • Flexible to work overtime, off-hours, weekends, and holidays in an industrial environment
  • Able to take direction and work on a team
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language
  • Must be comfortable using a computer

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Spanish speaking is a big plus
  • Prior retail, cashier experience preferred
