Key Responsibilities- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues using computerized diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Refrigerant Handling License and Master Automobile Technician Certification required.
- Ability to lift 40-60 lb. mechanical parts and tools, and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of factory specifications and industry standards for repair and maintenance.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is moderate to loud.
