Job Summary:

Control Devices is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to lead the development of our offline programming department. This role will be responsible for creating a standardized tooling library, programming CNC machines, and improving overall manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain tool libraries to promote efficient programming
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to update existing routers and CNC programs
  • Evaluate and analyze new engineering drawings for accuracy and manufacturability
  • Interface with other departments to resolve issues and improve manufacturability

Requirements:
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years CNC programming experience, specifically programming twin spindle, multi turret machines
  • Experience programming Index, Citizen, and Okuma control devices
