Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in the inpatient hospital unit located in Boardman, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide 12 and/or 24-hour shifts in the pediatric inpatient hospital unit
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our subspecialty teams
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics
- PALS certification required (will be provided for those not currently certified)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attractive guaranteed base salary
