About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to pioneer new models of care and transform the healthcare experience through advanced technology and innovative procedures. Our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is a dynamic environment where you'll care for patients requiring a higher level of care and surveillance than a general med/surg floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, reassessment, and treatment of patients with various medical needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
