Role Responsibilities
  • Developing, articulating, and executing a strategic operational framework for engineering-focused projects.
  • Creating designs, project management controls, specifications, timelines, cost assessments, and overseeing the production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure and equipment.
  • Tracking project progress and performance against established plans; proactively addressing operational challenges to mitigate delays.
  • Identifying, assembling, and managing the resources required for project completion.
  • Potentially involving the formulation of engineering standards, design specifications, project timelines, budgets, and the selection of materials, equipment, project personnel, and external contractors.
  • Overseeing substantial projects or comprehensive processes with minimal managerial oversight.
  • Mentoring, evaluating, and delegating tasks to junior professionals.
  • Addressing complex and challenging issues that arise during project execution.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the Automotive Electrical sector, particularly with OEM/Tier 1 organizations.
  • Ability to manage highly complex projects with significant business impact.
  • Experience in guiding teams on the application of project management expertise.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
