Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Crew Worker to join our team at On The Green. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our lawn care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of equipment, including shovels, wheelbarrows, and self-propelled machines, to aerate customer lawns and apply compost.
  • Compost Application: Spread compost over lawns and gather/remove any spilled materials to ensure a clean and efficient process.
  • Cleanup and Maintenance: Clean up sidewalks, driveways, and other ground features after completing a job, and maintain company vehicles, including cleanliness and submitting requests for routine maintenance.
  • Route Management: Use a smartphone or tablet to follow routes, check job specs, and input details to ensure accurate and efficient job completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of 1-4 crew members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Lawn Maintenance Experience: Prior experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, construction, or general labor is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without accommodation, and work in an unsupervised environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
