Job Title: Clinical Therapist

Job Summary:

The Clinical Therapist will provide assessment, individual, group, and family therapies, case management, and referral services to residents in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work or a related field and a clinical license. Experience in mental health or addictions is required, with a focus on working with individuals with behavioral health and substance use issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of substance use disorders
  • Develop and monitor service treatment plans for individuals on assigned caseload
  • Manage caseload and client needs
  • Provide crisis counseling and advise other staff on treatment matters
  • Document services through current, complete records
  • Participate in case conferencing and regular staff meetings
  • Assist with daily operations and coverage as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or a related field and a clinical license
  • At least 3 years' experience in mental health or addictions
  • Ability to work effectively with referral sources and community partners
  • Knowledge of current treatment modalities and ability to train and supervise Social Work Interns
