Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our healthcare food service team at Hospital Housekeeping Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and motivate a well-trained team to produce high-quality food while adhering to safety, sanitation, and service principles.
  • Menu Development: Develop creative menus that align with current market trends and meet the dietary needs of our patients.
  • Quality Control: Maintain and improve customer and patient satisfaction by ensuring food quality and safety.
  • Operations Management: Manage forecasting, recipe costing, inventory, ordering, production, planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living.
  • Skills: Proficiency in kitchen management, menu planning, and team leadership.
