Behavioral Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bilingual Behavioral Interventionist to join our team in Dallas County. As a Behavioral Support Professional, you will work closely with licensed clinical professionals to develop and implement behavioral strategies and interventions for our clients.
This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to create your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with children and adults of varying ages, and a strong understanding of ABA therapies and the IDD population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior interventions from treatment plans written by licensed clinical professionals.
- Provide training and education to client family members or support providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in service planning team meetings via teleconference or video conferencing.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 12 months mental health or social service experience with an emphasis on direct clinical care.
- Experience working with the IDD population, including children and/or adults on the Autism Spectrum.
- Ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of Dallas County.
Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule available. Create your own schedule with clients.
Salary: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.
