The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide in-home support to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism and Down Syndrome. Your role will involve following individualized care plans and providing periodic progress updates to our care team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, showering, and toileting assistance
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing companionship and social support
  • Assisting with medication reminders and light housekeeping

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as flexible scheduling and paid orientation and training. Our pay rates vary depending on client location and services required, with expected CA pay rates ranging from $16 to $17.70/hour.
