About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide timely and effective interventions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and care provided, maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or Diploma program in Nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
  • CRRN certification preferred.
  • Minimum six months' experience in a medical-surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
