Job Title: Marketing Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Advisor to join our team at Griswold Home Care. As a Marketing Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our participating franchise offices with tailored marketing, advertising, and publicity efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to effectively promote our franchise offices.
  • Conduct regular marketing assessments with participating franchise offices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with franchise locations to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Provide guidance on branding and marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Travel to conferences, meetings, and events to represent Griswold Home Care and build relationships with franchise partners.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in a franchise or multi-location business environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
