  • Coordinate with clients, insurance brokers, and insurance companies to complete all phases of the life insurance purchase.
  • Determine appropriate life insurance application forms and prepare them for submission.

  • Administer policy changes, including owner and beneficiary updates, and ensure compliance with broker dealer requirements.
  • Support other areas of the company as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience with life or other insurance processing, operations, and administration is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative on follow-through.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with basic MS Excel fluency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and direction.
