Telecommunications Infrastructure Trainer
One Way Wireless Construction, Inc. is a leading provider of cellular telecommunications infrastructure services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Infrastructure Trainer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure and training, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our field staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
The Telecommunications Infrastructure Trainer will work closely with our Safety and Training Manager to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our business. This will include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and training principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for field staff
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Conduct training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness
- Work closely with the Safety and Training Manager to develop and implement training programs
- Ensure all training programs meet the needs of the business
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure and training
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and training principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
