Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality results
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, suggesting ways to improve sales and store operations
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
