SNF Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Winslow Township, New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings, with excellent clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Contract position available for 14 weeks, working 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in SNF / LTC
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
