About the Role

Premiere Behavioral Supports LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in providing exceptional support to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to promote positive behavioral changes and skill development.
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster growth and empowerment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Profound understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt interventions based on individualized needs.
  • Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
  • Flexibility, patience, and empathy.

A Day in the Life:

As an RBT with Premiere Behavioral Supports, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Your day will be filled with a harmonious blend of compassion, expertise, and dedication.

You will begin each day by reviewing client profiles and understanding the unique needs and goals of each individual under your care. Your core responsibilities will revolve around implementing ABA interventions, conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster growth and positive behavioral changes.

Patience and empathy will be essential as you navigate activities designed to enhance communication skills, social interactions, and daily living abilities. Building strong connections with clients and their families will be at the heart of your role, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

In-home visits will provide a personalized touch, allowing you to witness and celebrate small victories that contribute to significant milestones in the clients' developmental journeys. Meticulous data collection will become second nature as you document progress, behavior patterns, and modifications required for individualized treatment plans.

As the day winds down, you may participate in team meetings, collaborating with colleagues and sharing insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
