Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for conducting mental health evaluations and providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other team members to develop treatment plans, including discharge plans.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of referral resources throughout the service area.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to facility policy.
- Provide positive patient relations in dealing with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work with a diverse population of people.
- Consistent attendance is required to ensure that client facilities' needs and patient needs are met.
- Uphold standards of excellence while on assignment at all collaborating facilities.
- Education and leadership development opportunities.

- Five years of full-time experience as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (or LPC/LCSW) in a healthcare setting.
- Will maintain professional licensure per state requirements.
- Licensed in multiple states a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong typing and computer application skills.
- Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and policies.
- Understanding of documentation as it pertains to the healthcare industry.
The majority of responsibilities will take place at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health Centers in Central and NW Arkansas. Facility work hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm; however, individual schedules may vary. Individual responsibilities are mostly limited to providing individual therapy and telehealth. Contributing to the corporate culture and activities are encouraged.
