We are seeking a highly skilled Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team at ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Perform polysomnography, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to evaluate and treat sleep disorders.
- Provide patient care and education to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote seamless patient care continuum.
- Initiate emergency care as necessary and maintain BCLS certification.
- Stay current in field of specialty by participating in continuing education and maintaining certifications and annual competencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 12 months experience in Polysomnography.
- RPSGT – Registered Polysomnographic Technologist certification.
- BCLS certification at time of hire.
