Packout/Stackout Operator

Hire Dynamics is seeking a skilled Packout/Stackout Operator to join our team in Gastonia, NC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove material from machines or load machines
  
• Manual move material around plant
  
• Diagnose equipment difficulties, make minor replacements
  
• Perform quality and process control checks as required
  
• Performs other job duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  
• 1 year experience in self direct work environment
  
• Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed
