Job Overview

iSoftTek Solutions Inc. offers a challenging opportunity for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, installation, and repair services for our clients' equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Travel to client sites to perform on-site service and repair of equipment and systems
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment malfunctions
  3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
  4. Install and configure new equipment according to manufacturer specifications
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment
  • Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
What We Offer

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
