Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are excited to welcome a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to our compassionate team at Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Our community is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle.

Available Shifts:

  • Full-Time Day Shift: 6am - 2pm, every other weekend
  • Full-Time Evening Shift: 2pm - 10pm, every other weekend

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $16 - $20.27 per hour, based on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2000 (paid in increments)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene
  • Respond to resident call lights and provide appropriate assistance
  • Monitor dietary needs by reviewing residents' food preferences and restrictions
  • Record vital signs as directed by nursing staff
  • Notify nursing staff of any changes in residents' conditions promptly

Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA certification
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional resident care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
