Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to join our team in our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Hillsborough, NJ. As a Physical Therapist at Total Care Physical Therapy, PC, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients one-on-one, delivering personalized care and attention to achieve the best therapy outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures set forth by Medicare and private insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to office policy.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and a high level of care to every patient and colleague.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Possess an active Board Certified Physical Therapy license in the state of NJ.
  • Current CPR certification and exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.
