Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bellperson to join our team at Radiate Hospitality, LLC. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Greeting and Check-in/Check-out: Demonstrate a warm and welcoming demeanor when greeting guests, checking them in and out, and serving taxi requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen to guest concerns, solve problems, and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Handling: Handle guest vehicles with care and respect, ensuring their safety and security.
  • Message and Package Delivery: Deliver messages, packages, faxes, hotel items, and guest items as requested in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Belongings Security: Maintain close scrutiny of guest's belongings at all times, storing bags properly and issuing claim checks as needed.
  • Transportation: Ensure that all guests and luggage are safely transported to/from assigned destinations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the guest services area, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in bellperson, customer service, and/or hospitality is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid California driver's license is required.
