Job Title: CT Technologist

IDR Healthcare is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in York, Maine.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work with our team in York, Maine. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold their breath
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
