About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at St. Catherine Hospital – Dodge City. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
  • Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and serve as a role model for other associate technologists.
  • Act as a clinical resource to students, staff technologists, and other hospital personnel.
  • Ensure current standards of practice for the unit.

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging, including Surgery and Trauma.
  • One year post-certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology-R.T. (R) (ARRT) required.
  • Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, possibly one weekend a month.

Physical Requirements:

Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly.
