Job Title: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary:

TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in the field of interventional radiology.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of technical procedures in interventional radiology, including fluoroscopy and angiography
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and angiography systems
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and immobilizing patients as needed
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of interventional radiology procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
