Salary: $14.00 per hour

Job Description: We're looking for a Club Ambassador to represent Planet Fitness and deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role will involve creating a welcoming environment, answering phone calls, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, taking prospective members on tours, facilitating updates to member accounts, responding to member questions and concerns, and maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness and health, an upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, reliability, strong listening skills, and the ability to empathize and problem solve. You must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
