Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be able to work as a team member
  • Have completed a CNA program
  • Hold current CNA state certification
  • Be in good standing with the state registry
About Warren Center:

Warren Center is an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 Gurney Lane. Our facility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to the residents of Warren County. We offer short-term rehabilitation services to individuals who cannot immediately return to their homes due to an accident or illness. We also provide long-term care for individuals who are unable to care for themselves. We take a personalized approach to care, working with residents and their families to develop a unique plan of care that meets their needs.
