Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

JMARK, a leading IT managed services provider, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the Board, CEO, and Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, analyze current and past financial data, and prepare reports and projections based on this analysis.
  • Provide tax planning and optimization services, including working with outside parties to assist with tax preparation and research and development credit processes.
  • Oversee the company's capitalization table, recording all securities issued and ownership changes, and ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Design and implement incentive plans that align employee interests with organizational goals, ensuring they are budget-sound, competitive, equitable, and compliant with JMARK's pay philosophy.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, identify efficiencies, participate in ongoing training, and keep current on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Understanding of Corporate Tax Law and Management Practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience with Power BI, NetSuite, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software and systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
