">This position offers a market-competitive salary range based on experience level, with a estimated annual salary of $65,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications.

">Responsibilities
">As a Clinical Research Coordinator - Neuropsychometric Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Preparing and administering psychological and neuropsychological testing in various formats, ensuring compliance with standard conditions.">
- Explaining testing procedures and objectives to subjects, facilitating their understanding and cooperation.">
- Timing tests and recording results, identifying unusual patterns, and notifying the attending neuropsychologist immediately.">
- Providing observational summaries, including behavioral information, effort levels, and redirection requirements.">
- Assisting in research data collection, preliminary analysis, and reporting using standard protocols.">
- Scoring selected tests within a neuropsychological battery and completing behavior rating scales as needed.">
- Coordinating appointment times and venues for testing individuals or subject groups.">
- Maintaining records of testing supplies, instruments, and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary.">
- Ensuring confidentiality of test results and recommendations, maintaining security of testing materials.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field, with at least one year of experience administering psychological/neuropsychological tests.">
- A Master's Degree in Psychology or a closely related field with an emphasis on tests and measurement is preferred.">
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).">
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.">
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.">
- Analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills, with knowledge of scientific research principles and practices.">
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical personnel.">
Physical Demands
">This role requires standing, sitting, walking, visual perception, talking, and hearing, with occasional lifting up to 20lbs.
