Position Summary: Responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of meat, seafood, and poultry processing areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare processing areas for sanitation.
  • Safely power down equipment according to established protocols.
  • Disassemble machinery for thorough cleaning.
  • Dispose of waste materials, including cardboard and trash, from processing areas.
  • Utilize high and low-pressure washing systems with appropriate water temperatures.
  • Employ suitable detergents and sanitizing agents in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Read and understand chemical labels for proper usage.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 months of relevant experience.
